A plan for 139 homes near Boston will go back before councillors next week due developers wanting to reduce the number of affordable homes by 57%.
Developers Ashwood Homes want to complete the southern section of a housing development in the town off London Road, Kirton, Boston.
Their revised plans for the site are to now provide nine affordable housing units, six rented and three shared ownership properties, down from the original 21 affordable homes.
All homes will be two storey with four one bed homes, 41 two bed homes, 78 three bed homes and 16 four bed homes.

A police officer living in Cleethorpes has the Guinness World Record for the largest collection of bagpipes.
Daniel Fleming was born in the fishing town of Arbroath in Scotland and started playing the bagpipes at the age of 10, following in the footsteps of his musical dad and older brother, who play the drums and cornet respectively.
His collection continued to grow over the years and Daniel achieved his Guinness World Record on October 24, 2013 with 105 bagpipes.
Daniel’s record collection of 105 bagpipes has since grown to around 190.
Police have experienced two incidents involving young people concerning sweets which contain cannabis or spice.
A Lincolnshire schoolboy was hospitalised and a man was arrested after two separate incidents involving young people and ‘drug sweets’ containing cannabis or spice.
A Lincolnshire school pupil became ill after eating one of the ‘sweets’ on March 16. The boy believed they contained cannabis, but it was actually a synthetic cannabinoid, and he was placed on a drip to aid his recovery.
This is understood to have happened in the Spalding area of the county, but as of yet no arrests have been made.
In a separate second incident on March 21, a man in his 20s was arrested in Skegness on suspicion of possession with intent to supply after police retrieved packets of these ‘sweets’ from him. He was later released under investigation.

Grimsby village 66-home plan up for approval

A developer’s plans for 66 homes in a Grimsby village could be given the go ahead next week.
Snape Properties’ reserved matters proposals for land at Bradley Road, Barnoldby Le Beck, will appear before North East Lincolnshire Council’s planning committee on Wednesday.
In a report before the committee, officers will recommend it for approval, saying the principle of the site has already been agreed and that it accords with a number of planning policies.
The development will be a mix of detached and semi-detached properties and will include 13 homes classed as affordable.
