A heavy fire in the back of the building on the third floor. Eventually, it spread to the top floor. There were two occupants that we took out. The first engine 21 had to deal with that. They got them out quickly, but there was a little bit of a delay. There was a definite challenge getting the ladders out. As you can see, theres wires in front of the building.
