The 17th Journée de l’Economie took place on 26 March 2024 at the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce. In the presence of Lex Delles, Minister of the Economy, and with keynote speeches by Lionel Fontagné, Michele Cincera and Serge Allegrezza, an exceptional number of over 190 participants discussed the theme “Luxembourg's competitiveness: are we still in the race? Seizing the opportunities of global change ”. Two panel discussions enriched the programme and allowed the visitors to raise their questions.

A Luxembourg-headquartered robotics company has revealed that its innovative range of cleaning machines could help Scotland achieve its environmental goals .
Franz Fayot, Minister of the Economy, and Sasha Baillie, CEO of Luxinnovation,
presented the 2022 annual report of the national innovation agency. Hosted by
SolarCleano, a company that has benefitted from Luxinnovation's support, the
presentation focused on key actions undertaken during the first year of
implementation of Luxinnovation's 2022-2025 strategy.
SolarCleano, based in Garnich, Luxembourg, makes robots that clean large solar panel installations using GNSS receivers and corrections from Swift Navigation.
