backward. april 22nd, 2006, westchester county, new york. trooper todd boemer is busy patrolling interstate 684. i was conducting radar enforcement when i saw a large limo, white limo coming northbound at a high rate of speed. the vehicle was going 124 miles per hour. the officer gives chase as the driver tears down the interstate. officer boemer is left to wonder why. in my mind, what does he have in the vehicle? who s in the vehicle? a dead body, a gun, drugs, whatever? in a neighboring township trooper sean kelly hears the call for assistance. i was in a position where i could assist him. i was north of his location, and there was a good chance i d be able to intercept the vehicle. trooper kelly enters the interstate and spots the runaway limo.
