Garcia has been if philadelphia since 1997. He crossed the border on foot and met his wife and had children and they are all u. S. Citizens. He spent 15 months if a Detention Center for reentry into the country and on the eve of his deportation he sought sanctuary in the church. Its not about hiding or fugitives its about seeking justice. Isis sending about 2,800 additional troops into iraq and spreading them out to half a dozen locations around the country. Until now u. S. Troops have been confined to baghdad and the city of irbil in the north. Now 630 will be shipped out north and west of baghdad to act as advisors to iraqi units fighting isis including in Anbar Province where some of the bloodiest fighting of the iraq war took place. 830 of these new soldiers will be trainers stationed at Iraqi Military bases around the country to train a total of 12 iraqi and kurdish brigades, roughly 54,000 soldiers. The aim is to regenerate Ground Forces that with the help of those american airstrikes are supposed to retake the territory seized by isis earlier this year when the iraqi army broke and ran away. But the americans are expecting international help. The pentagon says other countries in the coalition against isis pledged to send in an additional 700 trainers.
