In Phoenix Police invesitgating a shooting near 35th avenue and baseline. Officers say a man was shot in the chest right outside his home. The man was leaving his house at about 430 am when he got into an argument with two people. One of the suspects opened fire hitting the man once. He was rushed to the hospital.
