Wright, Annie Lee Saturday, January 16, 2021 Annie Wright Annie Lee Wright, 88, of Chattanooga, went softly in the arms of our Lord on Sunday, January 10, 2021 in NHC Chattanooga.  She was born in Camp Hill, Al., the daughter of the late Charlie and Vera Menniefield.  Anna (as she was affectionally known) was a graduate of Alexander City Colored High School, Alexander City, Alabama.  She was a long-time resident of Chattanooga.  She was trained and licensed in one of the first classes at Erlanger Hospital as a licensed practical nurse.  She worked at Erlanger Hospital until accepting a nursing position at Moccasin Bend Psychiatric Hospital. She provided care for her patients until she was promoted to patient care coordinator. In this position she monitored and review Medicare patient care.  After more than 30 years in the health care field, she retired.
