板橋LifeGym生活健身房無預警停業，上百名會員權益受影響，新北市議員何博文接獲陳情，業者今（28）日上午疑似在搬遷器材，立即派人到現場查看；據了解，業者雖表示清點器材後，會變賣清償消費者的損失，偕同到場的新北市政府消保官表示，若是訴訟求償恐曠日廢時，會協助雙方溝通，盡速落幕，保護消費者權益。何博文指出，服務處近日陸續接獲陳情，位於板橋的LifeGym健身房在7月下旬無預警停業，但有近上百名會員都還有健身課程，業者僅在臉書公告相關退費流程，要求會員提供身分證、存摺作為退費使用，但是後續的退費流程像是石沉大海般沒有下文，讓人求助無門，也擔心個人資料被濫用。
