Bloomington City Manager Tim Gleason is leaving after nearly six years to take the same job in Decatur, a position he previously held from 2015 to 2018.
The council also approved liquor sales at a convenience store to be located near the marina in Nelson Park. It also approved use of grant funds for Garfield Park improvements.
