The string of murders and shooting incidents for which Tyler Donnett is now charged from the past month are not the first instances of violent crimes on his record. Terry was arrested by City of Chester Police for malicious injury to personal property and unlawful use of telephone in July of 2018. He was convicted on both counts and fined a total of $2,883. In 2016 he was arrested and “held for another agency” at the Chester County Detention Center, but Chester County Sheriff’s Office Public Information Officer Grant Suskin said he could not locate records indicating what that charge involved. In May of 2020, he was charged with first-degree domestic violence after allegedly attacking a woman at the Days Inn near Richburg. According to an incident report, he punched the woman in the face until her eye swelled shut and a puddle of blood built up underneath the skin of her lower eyelid. A Chester City man once convicted of strangling a woman is facing new charges after police found mass amounts of cocaine, an assault rifle and more in his home, authorities said.
Myron Brown admitted to officers entering his West 22nd Street home on Feb. 26 that he had a black assault rifle and 12 pounds of synthetic marijuana, City of Chester Police Commissioner Steven Gretsky and Delaware County District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer said.
Brown, 47, also reportedly identified a “Barbasol” shaving cream can with a makeshift bottom that contained approximately 26 pink canisters of crack cocaine, authorities said.
Officers also recovered $2,060 in cash, as well as a small black notebook identified as a drug sales ledger from a safe in the closet of a bedroom, authorities said.

CHESTER, PA A Delaware County murder suspect has been taken into custody in South Carolina recently, according to authorities.
The Delaware County District Attorney s Office and the City of Chester Police Department announced the arrest of Nasir Frisby, 42, of Chester, in connection with the July 28, 2020, homicide at the Candlewood Suites, at 351 Welsh St. in Chester.
Firsby was arrested on Jan. 26 by the Conway Police Department in South Carolina. He is being housed at the J. ReubenLong Detention Center located in Hoory County, South Carolina.
