Mar 13, 2021 Robert Lloyd Clifton, Jr., 42, of Heidelberg, PA, formerly of Wheeling, WV, passed away Sunday, February 28, 2021, in Wheeling Hospital. Bobby was born October 23, 1978, in Wheeling, a son of Clara Mae (Arnold) Clifton of Wheeling and the late Robert Clifton. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his sister, Chantel Clifton, and her husband Jason Clark of Wheeling; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Friends will be received at Altmeyer Funeral Home, Elm Grove Chapel, 154 Kruger Street, Wheeling, Sunday, March 21, 2021, from 11 am until time of service at 1 pm. Memorial contributions be made to Youth Services System, Inc., 87 15th Street, Wheeling, WV 26003.
