U.S. Marshals are looking for a man accused of shooting up a Houston, Texas bar and going on the run. Investigators believe he may be hiding out in Racine or Milwaukee.
HPD homicide detectives say Larice Evans, 47, was kicked out of the bar on Emancipation Street near Blodgett Street east of the Museum District on Sept. 24.
