Certainly as mayor. so its interesting that he would decide to come to west philadelphia. this is a person as governor who cut funding for education, both secondary and postsecondary education, eight years ago while he was governor. he had the second highest per-pupil reduction in funding for students. he has come out and said he didnt think that smaller class size was the answer. as a matter of fact, he seems to think that it would be a problem. none of this makes any particular sense. >> how m...
