Class Valuation, a leading national appraisal management company (AMC), announced Tuesday that Cristy Conolly has been appointed executive vice president of valuation modernization. Conolly will focus on a key part of valuation modernization — the responsible standardization of appraisal data, the company said. Her efforts will help Class Valuation play a role in removing bias from the equation in appraisals, utilizing technology to provide source of truth property data, it said.

Appraisal management company, Class Valuation, announced the roll-out of its Staff Appraiser Pod Program to solve a major roadblock for appraisers in training while strengthening appraiser independence.
