>> jennifer and her daughter are visiting from north carolina. they say they got their shock of their lives when they returned to their hotel friday night. police were everywhere and cordoned off the area. they were taking two stabbing victims to the hospital. >> we seen him and he had wounds. >> the hotel operations director says the altercation between the two groups started at 11:50 friday night. >> they were a group of people. >> wanted of them wanted to use the restroom. >> after being refused access to the restroom, they got into an argument with some tourists that were just checking in. their bags can still be seen inside the minivan. >> they moved outside where the incident happened. >> outside one of the men in the group stabbed two of the male tourists and robbed them of their smart phones and took off in a blue suv. incident has captured on security camera video the police now have. >> the witnesses and evidence at the scene collected, i'm optimistic that it will be solved in good order. >> jane is with the benefit district. she lives in the area. this may be isolated but points to more resources needed south of market. >> we need more police officers patrolling the neighborhood. >> the hotel says the license number was described as two hispanic and one african-american male in their 20s. three victims were from southern california expected to recover. >> ama: we have new details about a deadly shooting near mills college. it was a former photographer 53-year-old man. he was not target of the shooting and was driving home from the gym when he was shot. a second man who police believe was the intended victim was critically wounded. shooting happened just after 10:00 outside a gas station. police have no suspect information or motive. san jose detectives are looking into whether a large party may be connected to a deadly shooting nearby. a man was found shot at least once that parking lot on center road just before 3:00 this morning not far from kelley park. he died a short time later. no arrests have been made this is san jose's 11th homicide of the year. >> a memorial for students at oikos university from last year. dozens of people joined the memorial at the church on montecito avenue. it featured a performance by the san francisco master chorale. >> a two-year-old remains in intensive care after we injured in a crash created by a highway side show. he was in the family car when it was rear-ended on march 20th. they were doing donuts blocking the southbound lane. the family car stopped but the big rig behind it did not. >> the big rig hit us and went out of control and after we stopped we were facing the oncoming traffic. i got outside, climbed in through the backdoor on the traffic side. good samaritans helped us out and everything. >> ama: take a look at it before the crash and night of the side show. he was rushed to kaiser hayward because he was unconscious and bleeding. he will stay at kaiser oakland until he is able to walk alone. he will have to wear a brace for 3 months. big rig driver has not been cited. we turn our attention to the weather. rain has stuck around but the tourists didn't let keep them away this afternoon. low clouds and you go can see how thick it was on the bay bridge. flights were delayed up to an hour. flights are back now on time. lisa argen here tracking the rain. >> there is tomorrow. here is a look what is to come late in the day. area of low pressure dropping to the south and bringing a chance of rain for the entire bay area. live look outside from the roof camera. 54 in san francisco. 58 in oakland and 56 in san jose. our east bay camera, plenty of clouds and no rain yet but we will look for things to get increasingly moist. 67 in los gatos. forecast then, cloudy skies with a few sprinkles. chance of showers by tomorrow morning and then a break midday. looks like late in the evening, in fact looks like the giants game will escape the showers. breezy and sunny on monday. big warmup on tuesday. here is the cloud cover and overnight lows ranging from the 50s to 52 palo alto. upper 40s in santa rosa. here is a look, we have that flow. this system, tail end of it heading into northern california overnight. that is what is going to give us the chance of spotty showers in the morning and then the low drops south with a better chance in the evening hours. high pressure builds in and we've got dry and sunny days for much of next week. here is the way it looks through the overnight hours. notice the rain by 6:00 tomorrow. even in the east bay and that break by midday. throughout the even hours and then look what happens by 8:00 rain pretty much up in the north bay. that is where we'll see the best accumulating rain. then by midnight it's clear in the south bay. santa cruz mountains, tight pressure gradient and windy conditions sunday night into monday. tenth to a quarter of an inch far north sonoma county. elsewhere, couple hundredths from the central bay to south bay. highs underneath the clouds, mostly cloudy skies, low 60s for san francisco, upper 60s for the south bay. pretty much where we should be for this time of the year and heading to the giants game, a lot of clouds around, maybe spotty showers in the morning but it looks like the game should be dry and temperatures dropping through the 50s. then a chance of rain late and by
