The cleaning expert advises cleaners to do this for around 24 to 48 hours.
Robin explained further: “A quick spritz of water, put it in the freezer and when you’re ready to take it out the freezer, you shake the bag and whatever is crystallised will fall to the bottom of the bag.”
She added: “Any dust mites will die, they will crystallise.
You can then give your child the toy once the dust mites have cleared.
