ACEN to debut P10-B peso green bond issuance
Ayala-led ACEN Corporation will issue P10 billion worth of peso-denominated green bonds to bankroll three of its solar projects. The debut issuance is part of the P30-billion debt securities program that ACEN will be filing for shelf registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
