The five-story mixed-use development proposed for 1130 Mission Street, the current site of the Food Bin and Herb Room, will move forward with some modifications after two appeals opposing the project were denied by the Santa Cruz City Council at its meeting Tuesday.
The city of Santa Cruz Planning Commission reviewed last-minute changes made to the proposed five-story mixed-use development on Mission Street at the site of the Food Bin and Herb Room at its meeting Thursday.
A public hearing for two appeals opposing the proposed five-story mixed-use development on the site of Food Bin and Herb Room was delayed and pushed to a Santa Cruz City Council meeting in late May after the developer submitted new plans for the project a day before the meeting. The city of Santa Cruz Planning Commission will also review the last-minute changes and consider a recommendation at their meeting on May 16.
