Youth rehab center denies allegations that facility resident suffered physical and sexual abuse
PITTSBURGH – Counsel for a local rehabilitation center for delinquent youth has denied allegations made by a Western Pennsylvania man, who says he was repeatedly assaulted both physically and sexually by staff members at the facility.
