WORK on a controversial housing estate is to begin later this month.

Blackburn Magistrates Court POLICE received an anonymous tip-off that a disqualified driver who had been drinking was driving away from a Clitheroe pub. NELSONS neighbourhood policing team have appealed for people to follow coronavirus restrictions after discovering several breaches in Brierfield.
