Austin's Bumble sets IPO price at $2.2 billion
Getting set to make a grand entrance into the stock market, Austin-based dating app maker Bumble on Wednesday evening set the trading price for what it expects to be a $2.2 billion initial public offering of stock on Thursday. Bumble expects to sell 50 million shares of its Class A common stock at $43 per share, the company said in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
