Politico reported earlier that Microsoft was closing in on a multi-million euro deal with CISPE for it to drop its complaint, citing two unnamed sources.
Microsoft could pay out millions of euros to the European cloud provider association, CISPE, for the latter to drop an antitrust case and not file any complaints against it anywhere else in the world.
