The Cloud Peak Storage Planned Unit Development Rezone was approved on second reading by the Sheridan City Council at their most recent meeting. City Community Development Director Wade Sanner says the applicant, System Land, LLC is requesting to rezone 4.5 acres from B-1 business district to a PUD
