Stratabound Minerals Corp. (TSXV: SB) (OTCQB:SBMIF) ( Stratabound ) and California Gold Mining Inc. (CSE:CGM) ( California Gold ) are pleased to invite shareholders and all other interested parties to a joint-webinar scheduled for Wednesday May 26, 2021 at 11:00 am EDT.
On April 21, 2021, Stratabound announced it had agreed to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares of California Gold by way of a court-approved plan of arrangement. The transaction has the full endorsement of both the Boards of California Gold and Stratabound and is on track to close by July 2021. A California Gold shareholder vote with respect to the transaction is scheduled for June 15, 2021.
