MIDDLETOWN Each year, the Rotary Club of Middletown honors a high school student from each of the eight high schools in the region. These individuals embody the club’s motto of “service above self,” and are recognized for their outstanding commitment to the community, according to the club.
Portland High School senior Justin Coe was the Rotary student of the month for November. “Justin has a quiet, but substantial leadership ability, and his passion for his town and state are evident in the activities in which he participates,” according to a press release.
