Cobalt Blockchain Inc.: Cobalt Blockchain Announces Results of Annual General Meeting / Updates Private Placement COBC or the Company ) is pleased to announce that shareholders overwhelmingly approved all items presented at its annual and special meeting of shareholders held on December 18, 2020. In addition to the approval of all annual business items, shareholders ratified the Company s recently adopted new general by-law and rolling 10% stock option plan and provided authorizations for a name change, a reduction in the minimum number of directors required by the Company s Articles and for the board of directors to appoint additional directors between shareholder meetings.
