Going around the pandemic restrictions via a digital campaign, the 7-Eleven Christmas Virtual Run for a Cause 2020 culminated with the donation of 40,000 care packages to various local government units all over the Philippines. Each care package contained grocery items worth P500, which amounted to a total value of P20M.

During the last two weeks of December 2020, 7-Eleven sent the care packages to the first batch of LGUs. The leading LGUs were Cebu City with 7,200 packages, Davao City with 6,600, Marikina City with 4,000, and Manila City with 3,000. The LGU of Tagum City in Davao del Norte has also already accepted 1,000 care packages.
