Chennai and Kochi saw elaborate security arrangements in connection with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Tamil Nadu and Kerala on Sunday and inaugurated a slew of projects including the extension of Chennai Metro Rail Phase 1 and a Discovery Campus for IIT Madras. Mr. Modi also launched five projects in Kerala that would energise the growth projectory of the country.
