Firefighters were called to a blaze at a farm in Clydebank last week. Cochno Hill Farm cottage was in the middle of a renovation when it was set alight on December 21, apparently by a group of teenagers seen the cottage’s CCTV camera. It was suspected that the fire was started from the materials that were left inside the building. A source told the Post: “It had a lot of the materials inside that were burned and the first floor joist was burned too. “The neighbours in the next farm down fought the fire with fire extinguishers in which they saved the roof until the fire brigade came.”
