Code amendments for your review and comment prior to the board of supervisors hearing and at the last hearing, the hpc requested that we calendar a more robust discussion on the obligation of the criteria or the lack of criteria, and so we are going to calendar the discussion, along with the review of those proposed amendments at the same hearing, so we can have a much broader conversation about both of those topics.
