Whoever is responsible for shooting. they have a report of shots fired and they respond quickly first uniformed patrol officers are ing to enter quickly. probably hospital force tre as well. it looks like theyve evacuated on to the streets some patients. so that would indicate they have some very serious indication that theres an assailant there. responding to those shots. so its going to unfold before our eyes, i think, as theyre searching for the gunmen or gun women. >> i want to say, the nbc ...
