The pandemic hasn’t gotten in the way of a San Antonio payroll company’s growth plans.
Execupay, an 80-person firm headquartered at 10500 Heritage Blvd., said it’s bought Olathe, Kansas-based Paydayz Payroll in its second such acquisition this year. In February, the company purchased Fox Payroll of Foxboro, Mass.
Execupay did not disclose how much it paid for either company.
The Paydayz deal didn’t include employees, but it did add the firm’s 110 payroll customers across six states to Execupay’s pool of 75,000 clients nationwide.
The Paydayz Payroll employees shifted to the firm’s staffing division, according to Scott Abramson, Execupay’s vice president of sales and marketing.
