College Square Cinema in Cedar Falls is closing for good. Members were alerted by the owners, Marcus Theaters, by email yesterday that the last movies shown in the College Square theaters will be on Thursday. The cinema has been a large part of the College Square Mall since it was built in 1970. .
Those establishments are on top of at least four other local businesses that were part of the building s revitalization campaign starting two years ago.
