Another thing we saut that was a challenge for this building was the permitting process for the delivery machine to use reclaimed water in an office building. And i think that we really broke the ground for future use to be much more commonplace for utilization of reclaimed water in office buildings. This building uses 60 less water than a typical osv building. Thats achieved by using rainwater for landscaping, treating wastewater onsite for reuse in the buildings toilets.
