Paramount and Walter Hamada are producing the project, titled ‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Last Ronin,’ which will adapt a popular storyline from the recent IDW comics; Tyler Burton Smith is set to pen the script.

Film will feature an angel - a comic book character co-created by Rob Liefeld in 1995 - who battles demons and monsters in her fight against evil; no word yet on who will play the supernatural warrior.

The ‘Sandman Universe’ live-action series, based on the comic by Neil Gaiman, follows two mystery loving ghosts, streaming April 25.

And the wait goes on! Previously slated to swoop into theaters on October 3, 2025, the film will now premiere October 2, 2026; it stars Robert Pattinson as the Dark Knight alongside familiar franchise faces Jeffrey Wright as Commissioner Gordon and Andy Serkis as Alfred.
