it is no more popular today among the american people neil: are you disappointed in justice roberts? he shocked a lot of people. i think justice roberts did what he thought was right. he clearly said the necessary and proper clause and commerce clause doesn t authorize this major power grab by the federal government. i think that is positive. he found that the tax and spend clause did. that is a legal question. the policy question, is this good for the american people, the people of virginia, no, it is not. we ought to have more policies that reflect federalism that honors the doctor patient privilege and doesn t break the bank. this was a bureaucratic unfunded mandate on citizens in the state. i don t see any harm in wait the four months and see if we get a new senate and a new president. if you want to repeal obama care you need to have a new president and that is what i hope will happen. what if melts losses and
