WOOSTER — The Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives announced its 40 Under 40, which includes Woosters own Samira Zimmerly. Zimmerly stepped into the role as president of the Wooster Area Chamber of Commerce in October as the first female to head the organization in its 118-year history.
