The Maharashtra State Commission for Protection of Child Rights on Friday wrote a letter to Mumbai Police Commissioner Sanjay Pandey, expressing their shock at the order issued by the Commissioner with regards to mandatory permission from the DCPs to register cases related to molestation and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO).
