Lori Vallow is now accused of Conspiracy to Commit First Degree Murder against her ex-husband Charles Vallow.
Charles Vallow was shot and killed on July 11, 2019, by Lori Vallow s brother Alex Cox.
The indictment claims Lori promoted or helped her brother with the death of her ex-husband.
Cox said he shot Charles in self-defense. Charles said he filed for divorce because he feared she would kill him and that she had developed cult-like beliefs.
Just five months after Charles Vallow s death, Alex Cox died of a blood clot.
Lori Vallow and her husband Chad Daybell were formally accused of killing Vallow s two children, Tylee and JJ in May.

FREMONT COUNTY, Idaho (KIFI) - Prosecutors announced Grand Jury indictments Tuesday against Chad Guy Daybell and Lori Vallow Daybell related to the deaths of Tammy Daybell, Tylee Ryan and Joshua Jaxon JJ Vallow.
Tammy Daybell was Chad Daybell s wife at the time of her murder, and Tylee and JJ were Lori Daybell s children.
Fremont County Prosecutor Lindsey Blake, Madison County Prosecutor Rob Wood and their deputies presented evidence to the Grand Jury connected to all three homicides. Both believe there is probable cause to prove the crimes were committed as part of a conspiracy, and a Fremont County Grand Jury agreed.

Manuel Ramirez was sentenced to 180 days in jail for hiding the body of slain rapper EBE Bandz, real name William Pickering.
At the end of May 2019, the rapper was listed as missing. On June 1, 2019, police went to Pickering s home to conduct a welfare check but could not locate him. Their investigation led them to a crime scene on June 20, and eventually, they were able to locate the Chicago rapper s remains shortly afterward at an undisclosed location.
Ramirez was one of three men arrested in connection with Pickering s death. On Wednesday, the 23-year-old suspect pleaded guilty to Concealment of a Homicidal Death. In addition to his 180-day sentence, Ramirez will serve one year of probation.
