Attorney General Gurbir S. Grewal today announced the indictment of a man who is charged with traveling from Oklahoma to New Jersey to meet two men who had offered him access to two underage girls for sex.
In reality, the defendant had communicated with undercover members of the New Jersey State Police and U.S. Homeland Security Investigations.
The Division of Criminal Justice Financial & Cyber Crimes Bureau obtained a state grand jury indictment on Friday, May 21, charging Aaron D. Craiger, 34, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, with the following crimes:

New Jersey Attorney General Gurbir S. Grewal announced that the officer was arrested yesterday after he allegedly communicated using a chat app with other adults who indicated they would provide him with access to children he could sexually assault.
Stephen Wilson, 34, of Bayonne was arrested Friday afternoon in an Atlantic City parking area. It was there, says Grewel, he allegedly agreed to meet the adults who offered him access to the girls. Wilson allegedly had encountered the other adults through an incest chat group, and they offered him access to two girls, ages 10 and 8, to sexually assault in exchange for $200. Wilson allegedly agreed to bring condoms if he intended to engage in sexual intercourse with the children. He had condoms and more than $500 in cash in his possession when he was arrested.

Law enforcement arrested a Jersey City Police Officer on charges that he traveled to Atlantic City to allegedly sexually assault two underage girls, according to Attorney General Gurbir Grewal.
According to the Office of the Attorney General, Officer Stephen Wilson, 34, of Bayonne, allegedly communicated using a chat app with other adults who indicated they would provide him with access to children he could sexually assault.
Law enforcement arrested Wilson on Feb. 27 in a parking area in Atlantic City, where he allegedly agreed to meet the adults who offered him access to the girls.
A year and a half after they were charged with operating a human trafficking ring, the cases of two men have been closed and those of seven others will come before the 5th Judicial Court of Florida in Hernando County again in February.
In May 2019 after a two-year investigation by the Hernando County Sheriff s Office and the FBI, a total of 10 men were arrested tor participating in a human trafficking for prostitution operation. In all Bryan Joseph Giguere, Joseph Andrew Easton, James William Hancock, Jason Michael Raulerson, Shawn Christopher Henson, Luigi Barile, Lawrence Edward Kemble, Latchman Kaladeen, Matthew Christopher Doyle and an unnamed individual were all charged with Human Trafficking, Conspiracy to Commit Human Trafficking, Unlawful Use of a Two-Way Communication Device, and Lewd or Lascivious Battery.
