LACY LAKEVIEW, TX â Five officers and a dispatcher have been recognized after locating and talking down a young man who threatened to commit suicide while on Facebook Live.
On November 3, 2020, the Lacy Lakeview Police Department received information that a young man threatened to commit suicide and pointed a pistol to his head while he was on Facebook Live.
Dispatcher SueMarie Oliver, Officer Jonathan Newman, Officer Thomas Beasley, Detective Kevin Carter, Corporal Scott Dent and Sergeant Jason Higgins came together to not only locate the man but also get him mental help.

Mayorkas, when questioned by Sen. James Lankford (R-OK), said he had not yet looked at the specific issue when asked whether he would take a sledgehammer to physical barriers along our southern border.

He continued to serve the young woman drinks until she became heavily intoxicated, flirting with she and her mother, and “asked to see them after work,” according to court documents.
The victim s mother helped her back to her room, where her daughter took a shower and fell asleep.

46-year-old Herbert Nixon Flores, a ten-times deported MS-13 gang member recently released by Los Angeles Police Department gunned down his ex-girlfriend, Karen Ruiz in front of their 3-year-old daughter, then committed suicide.
Mara Salvatrucha, commonly referred to as MS-13 is a notoriously violent gang formed in Los Angeles by (mostly illegal) immigrants from El Salvador.
Last week Flores was released in Los Angeles by LAPD after they ignored a detainer for Flores to be handed over to ICE and he went on to murder his ex-girlfriend in Pacoima, in Los Angeles County.
