While we have reached our goal in terms of major subway delays, as you know, this is an incremental goal because ultimately we do not want to have long delays in the subway. So weve tried to be very transparent about that during this overall process we have seen an overall decline in switchbacks. We have had a slight increase in deadheading, which is another technique we use if we three or four trains stacked up at the terminal, we will send one or two to kind of express past customers, knowing that...
