Fraction of a second. As the seat comes out and hits the wind blast, it begins to decelerate. If you wait just a fraction of a second before you put that main chute out, the seat has decelerated enough so when the force of the parachute comes out isnt as severe. To get to that solution, we are putting a switch on the side of the ejection seat, so when the pilot climbs up into the cockpit, can set that at heavyweight or lightweight. There are a number of ways we could have solved that problem. We...

In a lot of ways obama does feel israel is a special state, but he is worried that somehow they are not living up to his values. What do you think about the spectrum and where the president is . I would say number one, the contour of the debate and policy approaches have changed pretty dramatically since eisenhower and a certain assessment that has been made, indeed, the four corners, corners, if you will, the guideposts had changed pretty dramatically since then. Number two, as was said from the...

Backdrop of significant civil rights advancement in the United States including the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Voting Rights act of 1965, ten years on the heels of brown versus board of education. So, what is the lesson we can draw . One is that the Immigration Law for the future in our current push for comprehensive Immigration Reform should also take that frame of a civil rights legislation which is the civil rights project of our time and will continue to be as long as we do not as long...

Im not quite sure what that noise was, but i apologize for it. But this is a departure. Three people working together to kill innocents. You are right, lou. We hear about this time after time, not just in our country. But other country. You look at saintdenis, and the point is we approach, we dont sit around on a per relationshipper and wait for the shooting to subside. Now they walk into the shooting. We have come to expect that, and thats a horrible way to have to live in this country in this ...

As you know under the btop program there were speci...

Actually it is. Its under water. Youll see a bunker sticking up out of the water about 500 feet out. It used to be about 500 feet on the land. Now its 500 feet out in the water. Something is going on here. We dont make this stuff up. The key is for us how can we have cleaner air, how can we address the issues of rising waters . Delaware is the lowest lying state in the country. Its a real problem for us. In order for us to address this, we need to figure out how to do it together. And im not int...

First net is their first priority. Because this is no pra jorty of comment about people that we work with, but first net is a secondary item for them. They have a fulltime day job and we pile on top of that. We probably dont get the urgency that we feel about things. So to the degree we can take accountability and responsibility for those functions well obviously follow all the rules and regulations but we would have an opportunity to move more quickly. Id like to see what we can do about improv...
