With pleasant weather during its 12-day run, the Kern County Fair welcomed nearly 350,000 guests ready to live up to this year s theme to "Treat Yourself."
Employees at the Community Action Partnership of Kern Food Bank in East Bakersfield say they're frustrated because the damage to their trucks is interrupting their mission to feed Kern County.
The food drive, which took place at the 23ABC studios in Downtown Bakersfield, brought people from all around the community to share their resources and their stories.
