We have a partnership with the San Francisco Unified School District to train or staff to become teachers while mentoring the opportunity for all kids. There is a path for them. They see themselves in the older kids who are becoming teachers of color, bilingual teachers in the school district. That wouldnt have happened if it werent for opportunities for all. For this. Its a two day meeting every quarter. We stay at a motel there and i drive up to sacramento. The meetings are in sacramento so you got and a lot of the people have to fly in to go there, and its interesting to see how the different groups are.
