What the feds have said to them is, youre not ready. The Provider Network isnt robust, the transition isnt seamless, they cited several things that iowa is just not ready to go through with this plan. So it just gives us more time, just a little bit more time to make a seamless transition. Transition. Federal regulators told state officials iowa needs more time to work on the plan but they do anticipate approving it once the state can offer a seamless transition.
