Scolton Manor Park has announced it will be unveiling several new attractions in June, ready for the summer holidays. Among the new features at the park are an eco-explorer village, a 1.2km woodland cycle track, an outdoor pirate ship play area and a dedicated railway attraction complete with steam train locomotive ‘Margaret’ and ‘Scolton Express’ play train. ADVANCE Brighter Futures has been awarded thousands of pounds by Welsh Government to enhance its facilities in Wrexham. Advance Brighter Futures (ABF) is a small mental health charity in the county, housed in its own premises since 2000, that supports over 700 people in and around Wrexham and Flintshire each year, with up to 100 people accessing the community building every week (pre-pandemic).
