Want to point out is that in terms of the changes currently taking place in californias criminal Justice System is that we have embarked on a very, very large experiment and thats called realignment. Prison population in california is going to approach by or sometime next year the federal mandate of 130,000. Weve already released some 50,000 individuals to serve their time locally, and these offenses that we were talking about here are currently in the list of offenses that were to be served in ...

Im not saying it should have been. But tonight looking at the response of Domestic Violence, the prosecution rates, the query reporting module, and the other things im curious about the status of women. Rate below 11 that is affordable and competitive with pg e which were two of the goals that were prescribed. In addition given the rapid changes in the Renewable Energy market and pricescious i would definitely advocate for staying aggressive on rate setting for Going Forward after the not the exceed rate. I think the labor issues that have come up are somewhat unrelated, that seems to be more in the implementation and build out. I believe everyone has the same good intentions. I wanted to point...

They wanted her or him, they got that. I can tell them what to want now. Pass first thought wrong, what to want. They do the right work, i can show them how to keep it this time. My boys safe al...

Of the Family Violence council for me i feel like a broken record, i feel it is a model, the benefit of being both a city and county, in some respects it is easier to bring all Partner Agencies together by choice or by hook. But i would urge us to continue to look at regional partnerships and for ways to support this beyond our boundaries. The crimes are not just within our boundaries. A want to make this comment before we go into Public Comment, more question than anything else. In the spirit o...
