Aircraft are dropping water and flame retardant to stop the spread of the flames in simi valley. It is close to the Ronald Reagan president ial library and crews are working to protect the complex which is closed for the day. The fire has forced mandatory evacuations and closed multiple School Districts flamed by the strong santa ana winds.
