People on the streets, that there are a lot of people that are willing and able to accept services, but the services dont exist. And especially looking at the connection with homelessness, but if somebody is trying to get help for a Mental Health condition or for substance use, but they are not given housing, it is nearly impossible to maintain that. Lastly, on the conversation about longterm care, i wanted to make sure you all knew that there is a town hall on Longterm Services and supports coming up on thursday, september 19th. Collaboration is our strength. Its the biggest reasons forury. The support of our mayor with his leadership and negotiations that gave officers a 10,000 deployed bringing partners to the table to reopen our courts. Many of us saw courts close down as a result of covid. Cases were backlogged.
